Sing with me (to the tune of The Adam’s Family theme song) “It’s Sunday and it’s Monday, it’s Tuesday and it’s Sunday, it’s Thursday and it’s Sunday, and then it’s Sunday.” [grin-That's my girl.]

It was around midnight last night and Matheau was still working on the next issue for FCA’s STV magazine. I thought I would play a bit. I took this photo with Matheau’s new camera the day we celebrated Christmas with Mark and Donna and the rest of the Casner clan. [grin]

This month is missions month at our church. One of my favorite parts of our church is the strong emphasis on missions-around the world. In February, we put out all of the flags of the missionaries we support along the front walkway of the church. Then we have some of the missionaries we support, that are on forlough, come and catch us up on what is going on. Plus possible new missionaries we may partner with.
Anyway, last Sunday kicked us off with our missionaires to Albania. Albania is a mountainous country, but very poor. The capital is Tirana. You may remember that many refugees from Kosovo fled to Albania during the war. Another interesting piece of information is that Albanian is one of the oldest known languages. If you would like to tell an Albanian “hello,” just say, “Tungjatjeta.” If you want help with that, like I did, you pronounce it (toon-jat-yeta).
Still wondering where Albania is located? You will find it to the East of the boot of Italy. Along the coast, surrounded by Yugoslavia, Macedonia and Greece. In Bible times, Paul probably traveled there. In case you are thinking, “Wow-she knows so much!!!” Stop, my resources come from Rick Dehaan and “Window on the World” written by Daphne Spraggett and Jill Johnstone. You can find it Here
